SUPREME RESIDENCE 
In 2007, after the success of Supreme Classic, we have created Supreme Residence for those who know exactly what they want. This eight-storey Thai contemporary condominium, located on Nanglinchi 4- Narathiwas Ratchanakharin next to Supreme Classic, has a total of 14 units with only two units per floor that give you the luxury of privacy.Also, the spacious outdoor Thai style terrace is designed to bring you the nostalgic of Thai past and warm feeling of home. Again, solar panel is used to supply hot water as a way to use the renewable energy in everyday life.
Every unit is required to use VRV to hide all the condensing units from sight. Although a small condominium, Supreme Residence has all the usual facilities and amenties from swimming pool, well equipped exercise room, 24-hour security guards, electronic key cards, CCTV to generator supplying power to common area and lighting in the unit when there is power outage. Like our previous projects, we still use fixed parking space concept to help ease the concern of having to hunt for parking space when you get home.
