One of Building Maintenances - Repainting Project

Keeping our buildings well-maintained and visually appealing is one of our ongoing priorities. It not only creates a positive first impression for residents and visitors, but also plays a key role in preserving long-term property value. As part of this commitment, our team has been carrying out a building-wide repainting project, refreshing both interior and exterior surfaces across several properties under our care.

We're pleased to share that two buildings have recently completed their repainting work: Supreme Garden, painted from January to May 2026 and completed on schedule, and Supreme Place. Both properties received a full repaint — from common areas and corridors to exterior walls — giving each building a brighter, cleaner look and ensuring they remain welcoming spaces for everyone who calls them home.

We'd like to thank all residents for their patience and cooperation throughout the project, and we remain committed to the continued upkeep of our properties with our residents' quality of life always in mind.
